Returns Policy
If you aren’t satisfied with your order for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, please initiate a return by logging into your Account to locate the order you’d like to return and click Start Return. Please fill out the simple form and hit submit, and a member from our team will reach out to you with a return shipping label free of charge. All returns are handled within a 24hr. turnaround.
Shipping
All ProSupplyDirect.com orders ship the same day as long as they are received before 3 PM EST. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and we do not ship on weekends.
All ProSupplyDirect.com orders must have a valid shipping address. We ship UPS Ground on all orders and do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If your order comes in with a P.O. Box address, one of our customer care representatives will reach out to get a valid shipping address. If a valid shipping address isn't obtained, all P.O. Box orders will be canceled within 2-business days.
Shipment confirmation and tracking will be emailed once your order has shipped.
All ProSupplyDirect.com orders ship FREE via UPS Ground.
ProSupplyDirect.com does not ship outside of the Contiguous United States.
