Description
3M Glass Cloth Electrical Tape 27 is a white, insulating tape used for 600-volt dry, coil outer wrapping and insulating motor lead connector applications. This durable tape is 7.25-mil (0.184 mm) thick and constructed with a 5-mil (0.127 mm) glass cloth backing, coated on one side with a thermosetting rubber adhesive that helps provide long-lasting results. The adhesive is ready to use, with no moisture, heat or solvents needed for application. This tape is used for continuous operation not exceeding a 150 °C (302 °F) UL listing or 130 °C (266 °F) CSA listing. It is UL Component recognized (UL510A Standard, Category OANZ2, File No. E17385) and CSA certified (Standard C22.2 No. 66, File No. 093411, Class 9052-30).
